Meet the Team

Jane Bell, Co-founder

Jane Bell brings over 30 years of healthcare leadership to Care Compliance NI, from her qualification as a Registered Nurse in 1990 to senior roles managing residential, nursing, dementia, and community care services across Northern Ireland. She has led multi-site operations at Regional Manager and Operations Director level, overseeing RQIA inspections, governance audits, safeguarding, and quality improvement programmes. That combination of clinical credibility and hands-on regulatory experience makes her exceptionally well placed to guide care providers through compliance with practical, person-centred solutions.

Julie McKearney, Co-founder

Julie is a highly experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse with over 30 years of practice in clinical, senior leadership, operational and consultancy roles. Her career spans both the Independent care sector and NHS Trusts in Northern Ireland, where she has led service improvement and development, and has overseen multi‑site operations as Head of Clinical Operations. Julie holds a BSc (Hons) in Professional Development in Nursing, a Postgraduate Diploma in Specialist Practice in Community Mental Health Nursing, and a Postgraduate Diploma in management studies.
